We’re looking for a Program Manager to oversee and orchestrate the strategic initiatives that power our global design house. From seasonal launches to sustainability frameworks and creative partnerships, you’ll bring clarity, rhythm, and vision to our most cross-functional work.

• Lead planning and execution of multi-team programs (across design, production, commerce, and content)
• Track milestones, risks, and resources with precision and diplomacy
• Align creative energy with business goals—and keep everything moving
• Manage program reporting, documentation, and cross-departmental coordination
• Support innovation while upholding timelines, budgets, and brand integrity

• 4+ years in program or operations roles (creative, manufacturing, or lifestyle industry preferred)
• Deeply organized, calm under pressure, and an excellent communicator
• You see the big picture—but you sweat the details
• You lead with influence, not ego
• Bonus: You’ve worked in project portfolio management or strategic ops for a scaling brand
