We are seeking a HubSpot Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM platform to support sales, marketing, and customer service operations. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes and driving efficiency across departments.

• Manage and administer the HubSpot CRM platform across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service hubs.
• Develop and maintain workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and reports tailored to business needs.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance within HubSpot.
• Support the Sales team with lead management, pipeline optimization and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute campaigns, nurturing flows, and performance tracking.
• Provide training and support for internal users to ensure adoption and best practices.
• Ensure that HubSpot is fully integrated and all connections with other platforms (Magento 2, Business Central, ERP, etc.) function properly, in close collaboration with the IT team.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.

• Proven experience in managing HubSpot CRM (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, marketing automation, and customer service workflows.
• Experience with CRM integrations (ERP, e-commerce, marketing tools).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to build and interpret reports and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
