We’re Hiring: Head of Marketing / Marketing Strategist at MINDTHEGAP

MINDTHEGAP is growing — and we’re looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to help shape the future of one of the most eclectic and globally inspired design brands in the interiors world.

MINDTHEGAP is a premium design house based in Transylvania, known for turning history, culture, and craftsmanship into striking wallpaper, homeware, and lifestyle collections. We believe great interiors start with bold stories — and we need a marketing leader who can tell them to the world.

You’ll be at the helm of our brand’s growth and positioning. From developing integrated marketing strategies to managing agencies, launching campaigns, and building our digital ecosystem — your job is to turn creative ambition into measurable impact.

• Lead the development and execution of our global marketing strategy
• Coordinate and manage external partners: digital, PR, media, influencer agencies
• Build and oversee marketing tools and performance dashboards
• Drive B2C and B2B growth, across channels and geographies
• Spearhead content, product launches, campaign execution, and creative asset planning
• Own customer segmentation, brand positioning, and market research
• Partner with product, sales, and creative teams to align business objectives with marketing

• 5–10+ years in strategic marketing leadership roles (ideally premium/luxury/FMCG/creative), on international markets: United States and UK would be considered an advantage
• Proven success managing brand and performance campaigns
• Experience with e-commerce, lifecycle marketing, influencer strategy, and CRM tools
• Creative flair + strong analytical thinking — and the ability to translate strategy into action
• Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills
• Passion for interiors, culture, and design is a big plus

Worldwide, but open to hybrid/remote with periodic travel. Our locations are in: USA, UK and Romania.
