MINDTHEGAP is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join our growing team and support the daily flow of communication, care, and coordination with our global clients and trade partners.

From answering product queries to tracking orders and offering guidance with warmth and professionalism—you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience.

• Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with clarity, empathy, and precision
• Provide product information and assist with order status, shipping, and availability
• Support the sales and account management teams in handling daily tasks
• Maintain accurate CRM data and documentation
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully
• Represent the MINDTHEGAP brand tone and values in every interaction

• 1–2 years of experience in client service, sales support, or hospitality
• A natural communicator—warm, professional, and calm under pressure
• Organized, efficient, and quick to learn systems and processes
• Comfortable working in a multilingual, creative environment
• Fluent in Romanian and English (written + spoken); other languages a bonus
• Passion for design or interiors is a plus—but kindness is essential
